Birgit Cameron
Birgit Cameron is a serial entrepreneur, Co-Founder and former CEO of Patagonia Provisions, one of Fast Company's 2021 Most Innovative Food Companies. Patagonia Provisions is an international sustainable food company that expands Patagonia's environmental mission through partnerships with forward-thinking farmers, ranchers, fishers and scientific communities.
Birgit was instrumental in the creation of the Regenerative Organic Certified (ROC) certification, a groundbreaking standard for food, textiles, and personal care ingredients.
Her commitment to sustainability is further exemplified by producing the award-winning documentaries Unbroken Ground and The Ocean Solution. She is a sustainability thought leader, brand builder and a pioneer of the regenerative economic movement. With over 20 years of leadership experience, Birgit's goal is to bring best practices and insights to her clients, helping to accelerate growth of sustainable businesses.
Birgit has a B.A. in Humanities from York University, and a degree in Interior Architecture from the International Academy of Merchandising and Design.
Jamie Litchmann
With 30+ years of experience in consumer-packaged goods, Jamie Litchmann's expertise ranges from domestic/international product sourcing/importation to sales, marketing and new product development to the import and distribution of products throughout the United States and the world. Additionally, he has worked with large, mid and small cap companies addressing capital and production management issues, brand and asset valuation, strategic planning as well as acquisitions and strategic partnerships associated with wine/spirits and other food products in the United States and internationally.
Jamie has been an independent consultant for consumer packaged goods companies for 20+ years. He previously served as vice president of strategic planning and corporate development at Joseph E. Seagram & Sons for six years. Prior to that, he worked in strategic planning at Robert Mondavi Winery for four years.
He has an MBA from Harvard Business School and B.A. in Philosophy from Pomona College.
